Claudine Gay will not resign over antisemitism testimony according to Harvard

The Harvard Corporation has announced that its governing board has decided to support the university’s President Larry Gay, who was asked to resign by 74 members of Congress after he testified at a hearing about antisemitism on college campuses. The Harvard Alumni Association’s executive committee expressed its support for Gay on Monday and asked the university’s governing boards to do the same.

The U.S. Investigates colleges for antisemitism and Islamophobia

The US Department of Education has released a list of colleges under investigation for alleged incidents of antisemitism and Islamophobia. Education Secretary Miguel Cardona said, “Hate has no place in our schools, period.” “When students are targeted because of their race…schools need to act to ensure safe and inclusive educational environments where everyone is free to learn,” he added.
